Division 2 Provincials - August 21st - 23rd, 2009 - Saskatoon

Entry Form

To be submitted to the RSA Office by July 9th at 5:00 pm.  Please make cheques payable to the Regina Soccer Association.

Two separate cheques are required for the entry fee and performance bond.  

Roster Form:

To be submitted to the RSA Office by August 11th at 5:00 pm.

Division 3 Provincials - August 7th - 9th - Swift Current
