The first round games and byes are determined by a random draw of all teams in the division. Depending on the number of league games in the division, the first round games may also be league games (marked on schedule). In these cases, the score used in league standings will be the score prior to any overtime. Only teams awarded a win in the first round will advance to the next round. Games in all rounds are determined by a random draw of teams remaining. If two teams are tied in any game, over time procedure is two 5 minute halves with the first goal scored determining the winner. If still tied at the end of overtime, game will advance to a shoot out. In the Youth League, the League Champion is considered the “City Champion”. The RSA Cup gives each team the opportunity to compete for the “RSA Cup Champion” title!!
